Service overview

Tumours

A tumour is a term for any abnormal growth, and not all tumours are cancerous. Our service offers careful assessment of growths or lumps in the ear, nose, throat and neck region, helping you understand what the findings may mean and what further evaluation or referral is appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about visiting our clinic. For personal advice, please arrange a consultation.

An ENT specialist assesses concerns of the ear, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck. This includes hearing changes, ear infections, sinusitis, nasal blockage, voice changes, throat and swallowing concerns, tonsillitis and sleep-related breathing issues.

You can request an appointment through the Book Appointment page on this website or visit the clinic during opening hours. Your request is treated as an appointment enquiry and will be confirmed by the clinic.

Please bring a form of identification, any relevant previous test results or referrals, a list of your current medications, and a brief note of the symptoms you would like assessed.

It is sensible to seek advice if you notice a sudden change in hearing, persistent ringing in the ear, difficulty following conversation, or hearing changes after an illness. Early assessment helps identify the cause and the right next steps.
